Component 2 -  Dietary Fats

 

Normally we think of fats being bad for us and so at all costs should be avoided when attempting to lose weight and body fat.    Yet you may be amazed to discover that there are certain fats that are essential to your diet.   Just like protein these are needed in order to help your body function properly and effectively.    What happens is that our body actually learns how to metabolize fat to provide us with an additional energy source and also will help to regulate most of the processes our bodies carry out better.    Also by ensuring that including dietary fats in your diet will help to keep insulin levels in the body more balanced.   However if these levels are allowed to exceed what is considered normal it will result in your body retaining fat rather than losing it.

 

Component 3 – Carbohydrates

 

Everywhere you will find information about how crucial carbohydrates are to a diet as they provide a good source of fuel to keep our bodies working when we are exercising.    However rather than eating carbohydrates prior to working out you should make sure that you eat them afterwards as part of your diet to reveal abs.   Not only doing this will ensure that you have sufficient energy afterwards to help your body recover more effectively after each workout, but also it reduces the risk of the carbohydrates then turning to fat and your body storing them.
